Need documents served in Utah? With our experienced team, professionally trained process servers, and a wide network of other companies at your disposal, Utah Process Service offer quality service that meets Official Utah Civil Procedure Rule 4. Up to four attempts made on the given address! Rural or mountain areas could incur an hourly rate fee ($80 per hour) plus the current I.R.S mileage rate; however these charges are kept minimum.

Routine Service: Our Routine Service is usually attempted within the first 72 hours of receiving the assignment, subsequent attempts are about 72 hours apart. If we are in the area we will make attempts in a closer time frame. (Up to 4 attempts) Pricing will be determined by the Service Area.

Rush Service: For expedited service we will attempt within the first 24 hours of receiving the assignment, subsequent attempts are daily. (Up to 4 attempts) An additional $50.

Same Day Service: Same Day Service is attempted upon receipt of assignment, additional attempts are daily. (Up to 4 attempts) An additional $60.

If you are emailing us a Rush Serve, please call our office to confirm that we have a server available in the area needed and that your documents have been received.

Special Requests or Instructions: Please let us know if you would like us to take pictures of the house or vehicles on the property. If Personal Service Only is required, or any other specific instructions to your State please bring that to our attention when you send us the assignment.

Other Helpful Information: Additional useful details include a photograph or physical description of the individual we're serving, as well as information about their vehicle or work schedule, if known. Kindly let us know if you have any of these details available.
