Investigative Service

Our investigative services are helpful for finding individuals to serve them legal documents. You can hire us to run a Skip Trace Report, (current and past address report, may include email addresses and phone numbers) a basic report is $40.

Utah Process Service can run a comprehensive background check for $75, we can also run a DMV Search for $58., please note that new drivers licenses may not be in the system yet. Also, under the DPPA (Drivers Privacy Protection Act) some States will not give out drivers license information.

Disclaimer about driver's license records:

In accordance with the Federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994, 18 U.S.C. § 123, and Utah Code Ann. § 53-3-109, the Driver License Division may disclose personally identifying information to a licensed private investigator holding a valid agency license with a legitimate business need. Any person, who knowingly obtains, discloses, or uses personal information from a motor vehicle record, for a purpose not permitted, may be liable to the individual to whom the information pertains and subject to a civil action in a United States district court.
